As one who has expertly manifested my dreams over and over, I am excited to go DEEP with you, in-person!!  Over 7 days, we will be guiding you to work with your dreams and manifestations, in the expansive energy of possibility!  You will also receive the STARDUST: Manifestation Masterclass as a gift, which I encourage you to watch before the retreat so we can go deep and put this magic into practice!!!

Herbalism, ceremony, energy work, yoga, dance, and dream work will all be tools to support you in manifestation and dreaming! (Not to mention, the energy of strolling through this magical fairytale land of Tuscany)

How do I get to the retreat?

You will need to organize your own transportation from the airport. We recommend either car hire, taxi or ride sharing with fellow retreaters. We can put you in contact with each other closer to the time.

How many people will be on the retreat?

We have 18 spots available, and Audra and Matty.

What about bedrooms and bathrooms?

There are 10 bedrooms and 5 shared bathrooms throughout the house.  

2 private rooms are available, the rest are shared.  You can book in a single, double, or triple occupancy room.

How do you match roommates at the retreat?

If you don't request a particular roommate or aren't travelling with someone, we will carefully match you with others based on matches we think will work best.  

What should I bring?

Anything you would take on your vacation! A good book, something to yoga in, lounge in, swim in and walk or hike in. Ebbio has a fully equipped yoga space, so no won't need to bring a mat.  A more detailed list will come closer to the retreat.

How do I know if this is for me?

We work with people of all backgrounds, ages, cultures, genders, and beliefs. We value diversity and hold space for each other.  You are welcome, whether you are new on your spiritual journey, or looking to expand your consciousness and go deeper.

Creating a safe container:
There will be people with different beliefs, backgrounds and levels of awareness.  We teach self-sovereignty, respect, how to hold space for ourselves and each other, and how to co-create a container that is supportive for the experiences of each person.  Before the retreat, and on the first day, we will be going through Group Guidelines that we will all agree to in order to co-create a safe, nourishing and supportive space for our experience over the week.

What currency is the retreat?

Payment for the retreat is in USD.  The currency when in Tuscany is Euros.  It is recommended you have Euros on hand for additional experiences (i.e. massage) as Ebbio does not accept credit cards.

As we get closer to our dates, we will reach out to everyone confirming details, sharing contact information and recommendations for on your way to Tuscany.

First day you will arrive at 4pm, settle in to your room, and explore the magic of Ebbio Tuscany, getting acquainted with the grounds and the beautiful farmhouse.  We will sit down for dinner on the beautiful terrace for nourishing food and conversation.  After dinner we will gather for our Opening Circle to set the container for our incredible journey together!

Feel into the body, expand the lungs, and ground down into the land.  Yoga and movement classes will help you to relax deeper and connect with yourself in a nourishing space.

Connect with the energy of the land and learn from the plant teachers.

Gather herbs, discover their properties for dreamwork and manifestation, and create your own essential oil to take home!

Learn the 5 Star Method for creative dream interpretation and sleep soundly in this magical land in Tuscany, where many dreams are said to occur (both sleeping and waking!).  Learn how to work with your dreams and cultivate magic.

We will go on a walking tour to Monteriggioni and share dinner in this fully intact medieval village!  

We will take the teachings of STARDUST and put them to use, working with energy, building a vision, and drawing on the threads of limitless possibility in the quantum field.  Audra will teach you and hold ceremony with you.

Architecture, history, art, and beauty.  Be amazed everywhere you turn.  We will take a day trip together.

A powerful and enlightening experience, Matty will lead us in somatic breathwork to allow for us to release what holds us back and rise into the possibilities of our dreams!  Releases natural DMT to support your nighttime dreams as well!

Work with the fire element as we gather in circle. This powerful ceremony will light a fire in your heart and connect you deeper.  Afterward we will relax, sing songs, tell stories, and laugh together!
