Join Lauren for a spacious week of yoga, meditation, acupuncture, incredible Italian-inspired meals, luxury accommodations and more. Your home for the week is a 1200+ year-old villa nestled amidst the rolling hills of Tuscany, completely secluded from the business of city life. Enjoy the majestic property covered in flowers, surrounded by lavender fields, a saltwater pool, volleyball court and multiple areas to cozy up with a book and rest.
This is a special week to drop into the power of self-care and self-nourishment while also having the opportunity to experience the best of Italian food and culture. We'll explore the concept of "dolce far niente" and how slowing down, being in the pause and taking time for rest are crucial on this path of remembrance. Through 2x daily yoga practices, daily meditation, illuminating dharma talks and plenty of time to rest and restore, this retreat offers an amazing opportunity to reconnect to and remember what's most important.
Joining Lauren on this retreat is Dr. Mackenzie Hall, a licensed Acupuncturist, Doctor of Chinese Medicine, and practitioner of Intuition Medicine ® specializing in chronic, complex disease. She offers a synthesized, holistic approach to healing and health testing in the wake of increasingly long-term and immedicable trends in disease. She's passionate about natural ways to remediate illness while addressing the essential roles of the nervous system, gut, and mind in the healing process.
On this yoga retreat, Mackenzie will help facilitate a deeper understanding of the channel system and how to use yoga and other lifestyle practices to enhance health and the free flow of energy through the body. She will be offering daily acupuncture to participants who sign up for sessions (there will be a sign up sheet sent in advance). She looks forward to celebrating the art of health with you in Tuscany!
