Travelers!  This trip is rated "E" for excitement and "A" for activity!  Activity level is 3 (scoring 1-5), meaning there will be walking, a night in the desert, a sunset camel ride, and a train ride.  

Luggage will be limited to 1 bag only (luggage details to be discussed later) due to transportation restrictions.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 (Land package) per person is required at time of booking. Prices will not be confirmed until payment is received.  If additional deposits are required, you will be notified at the time of booking. These additions may be for Holiday times, airfare, and other special occasions or supplier requirements. 

Final payment will be due no later than 120 days prior to travel (any earlier deadlines will be advised at the time of deposit).  If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the non-refundable deposit.  Bookings made within 120 days of travel, will require payment in full to secure reservation.  In the case of computer or human billing or invoice error, we reserve the right to amend and send the corrected invoice.  

Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or agency check. The name on the card must match the name of the passengers traveling.  Our acceptance of this credit card or payment indicates the passenger's acceptance of all terms and conditions and their compliance.

$25.00 per transaction will be assessed for any change or revision made to reservation before 120 days. A change of departure date within 120 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.

For individual bookings, the following per person cancellation fees apply.

⋅ More than 120 days prior to departure: a non-refundable deposit will be retained.

⋅ 120 - 60 days prior to departure: 50% of total price

⋅ 59 - 45 days prior to departure: 75% of total price

⋅ 44 - 21 days prior to departure: 100% of total price

IT IS SUGGESTED TO PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPOSIT PAYMENT. 

CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) Insurance MUST be purchased within 10-21 days* upon payment of deposit.

Deposits:

100% deposits are refundable up to 30 days after initial deposit payment.

50% deposits are refundable up to 45 days after initial deposit payment.

After 45 days, no refunds are available on deposit or package costs payments.
