Age ranges: Our average age range is 21 - 45+ years old. 

(Age is nothing but a number on these trips!)

You can come alone, bring a partner, or even come with a group of friends.

Don't worry about not knowing anyone - 80% of our travelers are solo travelers.

HTK - Phuket International Airport is the main airport.

When looking for flights, look into both flights to Phuket (HTK) and to Bangkok (BKK or DMK)

From Bangkok, you will always find flights as low as $30 to Phuket that are less than 2 hours long!

Which can be a much more affordable option for you, VS flying straight to Phuket.

When looking for flights, please be mindful of the flight duration and time zone.

If you are leaving from the USA, look into flights leaving on March 15th and 16th. 

We suggest comparing flights on Google Flights as well as Skyscanner.com 

All flights must arrive before 5:00 pm to ensure that you make it to the welcome dinner*

If you need to arrive later, we can arrange transport for you! No worries. 

VACCINATIONS/TESTING/VISAS

Double vax is required

No booster is required

No covid test is required

No visa necessary for USA travelers

All  USA passports must have 6 months validity and have 2 blank pages 

There will be a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required at booking. Unless there is a sale stating otherwise. Custom payment plans are available via e-mail if the installments listed in the payment plan packages do not work within your schedule. There will be an option to pay all up-front or choose a payment plan package. Payment plan packages have installments up until Feb 22nd and are available to book at no extra cost.

You can view your payment plan installment dates by following the checkout prompts and adding the deposit to cart.

PACKAGE OPTIONS

Double Occupancy: 

This is the price for 1 traveler. Double occupancy means that you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender (if you are traveling solo). If you wish to request a certain roommate or to have 1 large bed in your room rather than 2 separate beds, please e-mail info@tworldtours.com and/or add that in the comment on your Roommate Matching Form. 

Single Occupancy:  

This is the price for 1 traveler to have a room with 0 additional roommates. 

CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

To secure the best accommodations and partners, we plan and pay for all trips months in advance. We are flexible.

You are able to cancel your trip for a full refund (minus the deposit) up to 60 days before the trip. 

Cancellations made between 30 - 60 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of all payments made (minus the deposit).

Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are not eligible for a refund.

If you are 7 days late for a payment plan installment, you will be charged an additional $50. That allows you a 14 day extension to pay.
