Day 1: Arrival

On arrival at the Entebbe Airport, you will be welcomed by our guide, who will, depending on the time of your arrival, take you for a short tour in Entebbe, to the Uganda wildlife Education center, for a brief introduction of Uganda's Wildlife you will see lots of primates, reptiles, lions,  birds, butterflies and a nature walk through a thick tropical rainforest. You will be briefed about the tour and patch up last minute needs. Suggested overnight areas, UWEC bandas, Secrets guest house, Green valley guest house.

Day2: Kampala- Murchison Falls National Park, 

After an Early breakfast, and Briefing  you will change money if not done the previous day, do some quick shopping before you are  driven north through the famed Luwero Triangle, to Nakasongola  where You will track the Rhinos at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, then have lunch  at  any of the hotels between Kafu and Masindi and thereafter carry on to Murchison Falls National park. If you are staying in the lodges south of the Nile then you will do a nature walk  in Budongo forest, and later transfer to lodge for overnight. But if you are staying across the Nile then we drive to the Top of the falls to see one the several wonders Uganda has to offer- where the mighty Nile squeezes through a 7 meter gap to drop 23 meters down and then cascades 1500 metres to the devil's caldron where it meets the flow from Uhuru Falls (smaller falls that is a result of overspill from the Nile as it squeezes through the narrow section.) then transfer to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park

After Break first you will for an early morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile to look for animals like  elephants, lions, Cape buffalo, rothschild's giraffes, hartebeests, waterbucks, oribi, bushbucks, bohor reed bucks, hyenas, leopard and several birds and reptiles in their wild homes. later go to the lodge for lunch and After lunch, you will cruise upstream by boat to the base of the falls a few meters from the "Devil's Caldron." on the boat you will see lots of aquatic birds and animals like  hippos, crocodiles waterbucks and. This is also the habitat of many bird species including goliath herons, Egyptian geese, pelican bee-eaters, kingfishers, Hornbills, cormorants and the rare shoebill stork. After taking shots of the photogenic Murchison Falls you will return the lodge for dinner and an overnight 

Day 4: Murchison falls  National Park - Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast, you will check out and transfer to Fort portal, a beautiful town nestled in the foot of the Rwenzori mountains. Our gateway to Kibale National park- the primate capital of the world.  Most of this drive is along the eastern escapement of the western or Albertine Rift valley meaning you will enjoy various stop over's ( there is so much to see as this drive moves through almost 4 different cultures/tribes and different vegetations zones) including lunch in Kyenjojo- the town named after Elephants. overnight will be in one of the lodges in the crater lake fields of Kasenda and Ruteete near Kibale National park.

Day5: Kibale -Birding watching and forest exploration

After breakfast we leave for Kanyanchu . This is one of the many birding sites in the forest where the highlights are the green breasted pitta, African pitta, black faced Rufous Warbler, African black duck, Joyful greenbul, bush shrike, Sombre greenbul, olive green bull, tiny sunbird, lunch will be anywhere, but good and decent . Then later before the  afternoon you will drive to Bigodi wetland,  for a swamp walk, to see the papyrus gonolek , great blue Turaco , Rwenzori Turaco , Ross's Turaco, among others shall be seen, then go for chimpanzee tracking later go back at the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 6: Kibale Forest National Park - Semulik national park

After an Early Breakfast you will drive to Semuliki national park to explore the culture nature and physical features in that park. Your drive goes through the Rwenzori mountains, down on the rift valley floor. the Sempaya hot springs is one of the highlights for the day, though during the tour, we will visit the amazing Mabera ga Nyina Mwiru Caves and the Pygmies with their king who live around the village. We will visit different families and get to learn their different cultural ways. later you'll drive back to Fort Portal for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Fort Portal  to Queen Elizabeth National park.

After breakfast  you transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park- you enter the park through the Kikorongo  Gate and drive through the Volcanic explosion crater drive- it is a 26km drive that takes you through varied volcanic landforms and both live and dead crater lakes that become refuge for wild animals during the dry season. This route leads to Kabatooro gate and then we drive to Mweya for lunch and later enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel- a 40km water channel that connects Lake George to Lake Edward and is a lifeline for wildlife in the park. After the boat cruise you will transfer to the lodge for dinner and overnight..

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth National  Park

With Packed breakfast you go for an early breakfast in the Kasenyi sector of Queen Elizabeth National park, to look for lion, kob hyenas, elephants, buffalo, and lots of avian life and reptiles. after eating your parked breakfast, you will visit a the Kasenyi fishing community, and Bunyampaka salt extraction site.

You will go back to the lodge for lunch, and later relax the afternoon out. before dinner and overnight.

Day9- Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi impenetrable National park.

After breakfast, you will Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. through Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park where you are likely to see tree climbing lions, Topis, and other animals that are exclusively found in this part of this ambiguous serene park. We later visit the Kazinga community project so as to connect the viability of wild animals and the human communities living around them.

Lunch will be at Savannah resort, from there you  drive to Bwindi for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Bwindi NP Gorilla tracking

After an Early Breakfast you Transfer to the gorilla tracking trailhead briefing  point where you be told about the gorilla tracking procedure. Gorilla tracking though thrilling and fascinating is a tedious activity that requires energy and fitness, you'll be given options of going with a tracking assistant who helps you through the tracking. the activity takes 3-8 hours. Later you go back to the lodge, that is if you tracked for more than 5 hours, if you track for less hours then you go for a community walk in the late afternoon, to explore the lives of the people living in this gorilla area.

Day 11: Bwindi to  Lake Mburo national park.

After breakfast you will transfer to Lake Mburo national park, enroute you will notice the transition from mountainous highlands to undulating beautiful lowlands of mid south western Uganda. Lunch will be at Igongo cultural centre, which harbours a museum of the people and cultures you have been touring in the last ten days, dating as far back as 4000 years. Dinner and overnight is at Igongo.

Day 12: Lake Mburo National park

After a relatively early breakfast you will drive to Mburo for an early morning bush walk, as it's the only park that you can walk on foot in the wilderness in this trip. You will be guided by a ranger guide. Then later you will do a game drive and a boat ride preceded with an early lunch on the shores of the lake. overnight and dinner is at Igongo cultural centre. 

Day 13: Mbarara to Jinja through Kampala 

Early before Breakfast you will set off  to Jinja  through Kampala, Breakfast will be at The Equator crossing ( Aid Child Coffee shop and crafts center). Later you will attend  the Equator experiment before we proceed to Kampala.you will do a forest walk in Mabira after lunch at the rain forest lodge.  Then later proceed to Jinja at the source of the Nile From where it begins its 6000 km journey to the Mediterranean sea. dinner and overnight will be at any of the camps that do white water rafting. for those that cannot raft on the Nile can enjoy Horse riding in the banks of the Nile, or Quad biking around Jinja villages.  

Day 13: Jinja Source of the Nile back to Kampala 

This day entirely dedicated to white rafting or any other activities in Jinja as mentioned above.

Day 14

After breakfast we transfer to mityana for a coffee tour, where you will not only learn about coffee but taste it while it is fresh. In the late afternoon we transfer to Entebbe for dinner and overnight.

Day 15: Departure, end of trip.
