Terms & Conditions: By booking the 7-Night Alaska Hubbard Glacier Cruise aboard Norwegian Jade, participants agree to all terms outlined for this trip. The deposit of $300 per person is non-refundable, and final payment is due by December 31, 2026. Cancellation fees follow Norwegian Cruise Line’s official schedule, with up to 100% of the fare forfeited depending on timing. The trip includes cruise fare, meals in standard dining venues, 3 specialty meals per participant, standard Wi-Fi, daily entertainment, pools, onboard activities, and prepaid gratuities. Travel insurance is required for all participants but is not included in the trip price. Participants acknowledge that itineraries may change due to weather, port authority, or cruise line decisions, and they release Traveling With Torie from liability except in cases of gross negligence. By booking, participants confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

• Non-Refundable Portion: $150 per person

• Remaining $150 of the deposit will be refundable according to the cancellation policy.

• Final Payment Due: December 31, 2026

• Late payments may result in loss of cabin and forfeiture of paid amounts
  

Cancellation Policy (Aligned with Norwegian Cruise Line)

• 120+ days before departure: Refund of refundable deposit portion ($150), plus any remaining payments minus NCL cancellation fees

• 91–119 days: 25% of cruise fare

• 61–90 days: 50% of cruise fare

• 31–60 days: 75% of cruise fare

• 0–30 days: 100% of cruise fare

Name or date changes are treated as cancellations. Refunds may take 3–4 weeks to process.
