The prize is intended to be a trip for 2 (the winner plus one travel companion, such as a friend or family member). However, the winner may opt to switch to a solo trip plan. This preference must be communicated before any purchase is made.

The prize includes round-trip economy class tickets from a designated U.S. airport (New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco) to Japan, provided by United Airlines, along with one United Club (airport lounge) pass per person. The winner may choose a different US airport upon discussion with HIS (the travel agency in charge). Additional flight costs may affect the overall travel package content.

In addition, a 3-night stay in a standard room (for 2 people) at the robotic hotel "Henn-na Hotel," located in or near Tokyo, will be provided (including taxes and service charges). The departure and accommodation dates will be determined based on availability, so please note that they are subject to change.

What is included in the prize:
The prize covers the round-trip airfare and the specified nights of accommodation, but all other expenses, such as transportation to and from the airport, taxes, fees, and other costs (e.g., passport and visa application fees, personal expenses during the trip, meals, communication costs), are the responsibility of the winner. This includes any application fees related to travel and personal expenses incurred during the trip.

Special Offer:
If the winner wishes to travel to other parts of Japan besides Tokyo, special discounts will be offered. Additional nights at Henn-na Hotel can be booked at a 20% discount, up to a maximum of 3 extra nights. Additionally, JR Passes will be offered at a discount. For more details, please contact the designated travel agency after booking.
How to book your travel:

Your departure can be scheduled 30 days or later. Could you please provide us with three preferred departure dates? 

If you plan to stay in Japan for 5 nights, the total trip duration, including travel days, will be 7 days (due to transit times). We aim to ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your ideal journey.

Important Notes: 

Please note that during certain periods, such as the holiday season, securing flight seats and accommodations may be challenging. Selecting dates with greater availability can help us arrange your trip more smoothly. Rest assured, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.

Once you’ve submitted your preferred dates, an H.I.S. representative will contact you to finalize the arrangements.

Changes to the travel arrangements:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as social conditions or force majeure, the travel agency may determine that changes to the travel itinerary, destination, departure point, or travel dates are necessary. In such cases, alternative options will be provided. All travel arrangements will be handled by H.I.S. (H.I.S. International Tours). The winners must follow the instructions provided by H.I.S. regarding travel details and arrangements.

Total prize value:
The total retail value of the prize is approximately $5,000, but this may vary depending on the winner’s departure point, the timing of the trip, and other conditions.

All communication regarding the winner's trip, including flight arrangements and any other inquiries, will be handled by the U.S. branch of H.I.S. (H.I.S. International Tours).
