Join B's Event Planning LLC as we take a road trip tour to the Uncle Nearest Distillery in Shelbyville, TN. 

This historic distillery is named after master distiller Nathan "Nearest" Green, who taught Jack Daniel distilling in the 1800s – a tale that, until recently, was lost in history. The fastest-growing whiskey brand in the country pays tribute to the first recorded African-American master distiller in U.S. history with each bottle it introduces – from its 1856 Premium Aged Whiskey to its Nathan Green 1870 Single Barrel to its 1884 Small Batch Whiskey. 

During the 1.5 hour tour, you will be walking a little more than 1/2 mile throughout the property. Supportive footwear is encouraged for the tour.

Whether you are a whiskey drinker or not this tour will be a great history lesson for all.

This trip includes round trip motorcoach transportation by Harmon Brothers from Stone Mountain to Tennessee, tickets to Uncle Nearest Distillery, one night hotel stay at the Holiday Inn Murfreesboro and a private Dressed To Impress All White End Of Summer Soiree with dinner, dancing and cocktails for $275 per person Double Occupancy or $550 Single Occupancy.

Payment installments available beginning Aguust 1st of $50 and three additional payments of $75 due by September 11, 2023 Double Occupancy or $100 deposit and three payments of $150 for Single. Double Occupancy payments must be made at the same time.

We will depart Stone Mountain (location will be given a week prior to departure) at 9:30 am EST Saturday, September 23rd and arrive in Shelbyville, TN around 12:00 pm CST. We will depart the Days Inn & Suites Murfreesboro hotel at 11:30 am CST and return to Georgia around 4:30 EST. Please adhere to the departure times as we are on a timeline.

Due to the seriousness of covid we ask that you are either vaccinated or show proof of negative covid results 48 hours before attending the trip.

Temperature checks will be given. NO REFUNDS will be given if you test positive for covid or have a temperature upon arrival. You will not be able to board the bus and you are responsible for your transportation back home.

I further understand that I am responsible for knowing, understanding and abiding by the pandemic protective policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 of all state(s)/ country(ies) listed in my travel itinerary, including any policy updates. I understand that by traveling, I can be subject to voluntary or involuntary quarantine either at home or in the traveled location(s);  I am responsible for knowing, understanding and abiding by the pandemic protective policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 of all vendors used in my travel itinerary, including any policy updates;  With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, for myself, and on behalf of my traveling companions, including, but not limited to, my family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, assume all risks of travel and hereby forever hold harmless, waive, discharge, and release B's Event Planning LLC its officers, agents, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or any third-party vendor or supplier partnering with B's Event Planning LLC. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the Released Parties due to bodily injury or harm, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to my use of B's Event Planning LLC services, or the services of travel suppliers or vendors, specifically related to COVID-19.  

I understand all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because we have contractual agreements with lodging and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.   

Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking.

Late Payment: If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees are $50. 

A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations will require a deposit and will be clearly deducted from your balance.  

 If B's Event Planning has to cancel the retreat refunds will be processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment. Returns can take up to 7 - 10 days.

 In order to fully enjoy our trip, we will do our best to accommodate those with disablities. Trip participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, are required to notify B's Event Planning LLC prior to reservation for review and our agreement. Additionally, the trip participant must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other personnel are not able to provide such assistance. In order to participate in escorted tours, passengers must be able to understand and follow instructions given by the Tour Director at all times, both for the successful operation of the tour as well as for their personal safety. B's Event Planning LLC reserves the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a tour if notification was not provided and/or when, in our sole judgment, continued participation would significantly hinder the services to be provided to all guests. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Escorted tours are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks over uneven terrain. In the interests of group harmony, clients should be able to maintain the pace of the tour. Clients with special needs may be better served independently.  B's Event Planning LLC can suggest touring options based upon specific requirements. Wheelchairs & Walkers: USA Tours: Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA), B's Event Planning LLC seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to travelers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise B's Event Planning LLC of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order for B's Event Planning LLC  to determine if reasonable accommodations are available. B's Event Planning LLC will endeavor to accommodate special access needs, but does not guarantee that it will be able to do so in all cases

There  are King and Two Queen rooms. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11 am. Please make sure you have checked out by 11 am.

 Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. The itinerary may have an earlier start time in order to complete the touring. It is your responsibility to be on time for all scheduled events. Arriving late may be considered a "no-show", in which case you will not be eligible for refund for the unused service and can be left behind. We cannot guarantee the number of participants who will be on any given tour. You may find that you are traveling with a sizeable group or only with your own companions. Services, however, will remain constant no matter the number of tour participants. Persons requiring any assistance or who have any form of disability  should refer to section "Travelers With Disabilities".  Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival, in affecting the sequence of the tour. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any tours with others of similar category. In such cases there will be no cost adjustment.  

To ensure the desired group harmony,B's Event Planning LLC reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.  

Should medical attention be required, local services will be contacted. Resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger.B's Event Planning LLC is not responsible for the services provided. Check with your healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and/or the World Health Organization (http://www.who.int/en/) for their recommendations. Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients' health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required. Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in rigorous travel programs. Any person who arrives to the destination ill with apparent fever or becomes ill during the tour, will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for diagnosis. Only upon clearance by an accredited medical facility will that individual be allowed to resume group travel. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary, will necessarily be borne by the passenger.

 By paying your deposit attendee is agreeing to all rules and regulations hereby setforth by B's Event Planning LLC and its affiliates.  B's Event Planning LLC,  its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and affiliates,  does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, ownership or control over lodging, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, B's Event Planning LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, B's Event Planning LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in the lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of B's Event Planning LLC. In addition, I release B's Event Planning LLC from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.  

B's Event Planning LLC may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant B's Event Planning LLC permission to do so and 'for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.  

 I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this application and that I have read the description of the trip, together with all information contained in this application. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved. I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and B's Event Planning LLC and agree of my own free will. By signing, I agree to these B's Event Planning LLC Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself, each member of my traveling party accompanying me.
