This was the most incredible trip I’ve ever taken. Everything from transportation, to food, to time at the retreat center (yoga, meditation, scared circle, ceremony with the shaman, and tattoo) were amazing. I came away from this trip with so much more than I ever expected. My heart is full because of Gopi being instrumental in planning this trip. All I had to do was show up and everything else just flowed.

This trip was AMAZING!!! Our stay at Arbol de Sol Vida was perfect. Food was flavorful and delicious. The people were so warm and friendly and went out of their way to help in anyway they could. Spa was wonderful! Our yoga practices, sound bath, hikes, sacred circles, and adventures were memorable, emotional, adventurous. The list can go on and on. Thank you, Gopi, for a trip of a lifetime!

This Peru yoga retreat was truly transformative. From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional, grounding, and beautifully curated. Gopi’s yoga classes were spiritual, powerful, and deeply immersive. Each session invited real reflection and growth while still feeling accessible and supportive. The balance of the schedule was perfect. We had meaningful activities and excursions woven thoughtfully between rest and integration days, which allowed the experience to unfold naturally without feeling rushed or overwhelming. There was space to explore, space to connect, and space to simply be. The people made it even more special. The group dynamic felt aligned and open, creating a safe environment for connection and vulnerability. I left feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to myself. Five stars. I would absolutely recommend this retreat to anyone seeking depth, renewal, and a reset in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Review: Gopi's Sardinia Retreat - A Life-Changing Experience From the moment I arrived, Gopi's Sardinia retreat felt like stepping into a dream. This was so much more than a vacation—it was a truly life-changing experience that offered a complete reset for mind, body, and spirit. The atmosphere fostered by Gopi was one of non-judgmental support and complete presence. It created a safe and open space, which made it easy to connect with the other attendees. I met great people who became fast friends, sharing moments of profound reflection, laughter, and growth. The setting itself was breathtaking. The beautiful home over-looking the sea served as the perfect sanctuary. Waking up to the view of the sparkling Mediterranean was an incredible way to start each day. And then, there was the food. This was a culinary highlight, thanks to the two chefs who managed the kitchen for our experience. Every single meal was amazing. The quality, freshness, and care put into the food elevated the entire retreat and was a constant source of nourishment and delight. I wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for deep transformation, genuine connection, and an absolutely stunning environment. It was an unforgettable journey!
