Review: Gopi's Sardinia Retreat - A Life-Changing Experience From the moment I arrived, Gopi's Sardinia retreat felt like stepping into a dream. This was so much more than a vacation—it was a truly life-changing experience that offered a complete reset for mind, body, and spirit. The atmosphere fostered by Gopi was one of non-judgmental support and complete presence. It created a safe and open space, which made it easy to connect with the other attendees. I met great people who became fast friends, sharing moments of profound reflection, laughter, and growth. The setting itself was breathtaking. The beautiful home over-looking the sea served as the perfect sanctuary. Waking up to the view of the sparkling Mediterranean was an incredible way to start each day. And then, there was the food. This was a culinary highlight, thanks to the two chefs who managed the kitchen for our experience. Every single meal was amazing. The quality, freshness, and care put into the food elevated the entire retreat and was a constant source of nourishment and delight. I wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for deep transformation, genuine connection, and an absolutely stunning environment. It was an unforgettable journey!

We had a good trip. Gopi was an amazing yoga & tour facilitator. There was one half day or full day tour available to local communities. I would highly recommend staying longer on either side of the trip to explore Crete, the mountains and the historical sites.

Crete was a magical place, the sea, the sand, Yoga Rocks, the food and the energy of the people working to make our stay as smooth as possible. Gopi and Braja succeeded in creating an unforgettable experience. I am already planning on going again and encouraging as many people as possible to go with me.
