To cultivate inspiration and clarity of mind, to feel powerful, strong, and refreshed, to move past personal limiting beliefs and tap into the unique gifts you were born with. To relax and connect in a gorgeous natural setting, care for yourself, and to feel free in your mind, body, and expression.
Location: Located seven miles and 1,600 feet of elevation gain from the Yellowstone River and just 60 miles from downtown Bozeman, our retreat location places you in the heart of the Paradise Valley, one of Montana’s most awe-inspiring landscapes. The Tom Miner Basin is a diverse landscape that provides important habitat for most forms of wildlife also found in neighboring Yellowstone National Park. The snow-covered mountain peaks that surround our private ranch retreat, the B Bar, jut a thousand + feet above the tree-dotted valley and provide inspiration, as well as a chastening reminder that we are only temporary inhabitants of this beautiful planet.
Daily Experience: Wake up to orange sunrise over the Absaroka Range, the crisp morning air of September in the mountains, and the smell of freshly brewed coffee, and delicious gourmet food. Offerings include daily yoga practice and workshops. Daily guided meditation. Live guided soundbath sessions. Trail riding. Guided tour and education about wildlife, sustainable and organic cattle ranching, the cowboy way of life, and how to powerfully steward the land. Sunset wagon ride and wildlife viewing. Campfire and fire ceremony. Fly fishing in the stocked trout pond. Group hikes. Hot springs visit.
Lauren and Molly first met through a shared love of yoga in 2016 and have been collaborating and connecting through their mutual love of family and adventure ever since. They are excited to lead you on this journey! They each bring powerful and complimentary experience and skills to co-create unsurpassed experiences for clients throughout the world.
Lauren has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga since 2015. In addition to teaching yoga, she is a professional mental health counselor. Lauren fell in love with the physical practice of yoga and quickly realized the benefits of integrating it into her clinical work and personal life.
Lauren is committed to achieving balance both on and off the mat, having led students in their individual journeys to self discovery through yoga workshops and instruction in Asia, Africa and North America. She has a zest for life and seeks balance in all she does, and is passionate about facilitating others in discovering their own potential. When not working, Lauren finds her own balance through trail running, white water rafting and kayaking, travel and spending time with her family.
Molly has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has been teaching and leading classes and trainings for 12. She is a Tier 3, 1200- Hour Baptiste Certified Teacher, an E-RYT 500, YACEP with Yoga Alliance and is certified to teach Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Molly originally founded The Practice Power Yoga in Bozeman, Montana in 2019. She has now moved beyond the studio to continue expanding her reach, leading successful corporate and private yoga, soundbath and meditation programs. She teaches group classes at Bend Beyond Yoga in Bozeman and otherwise puts her energy towards guiding fabulous adventures for On Point Yoga Adventures.
Growing up as a competitive horseback rider, Molly began practicing yoga in 2002 as a way to help rehab a series of riding-related injuries and to manage anxiety and stress. Through this powerful practice she found healing, strength and comfort in her body, clarity in her mind and inspiration in her soul. She credits yoga with shifting her entire way of being. In addition to leading group classes, Molly loves curating trainings, workshops and retreat experiences for anyone who wants to expand beyond their day to day and discover something new. When Molly isn't teaching, running a business, leading teacher trainings or adventuring on retreat, she enjoys skiing, hiking and playing with her family and snuggling with her two sweet, sleepy dogs. She also recently embarked on a second graduate degree in Clinical Counseling through Wake Forest University.
