All photos and videos are captured by our award-winning underwater photographer and videographers using professional equipment and are carefully edited to deliver stunning, high-quality memories of your experience.

Whether you want a few beautiful images, a social media-ready reel, or a cinematic film of your adventure, we have a package designed for you.

Availability is limited as only one photographer/videographer can be assigned per boat. We strongly recommend reserving your package in advance.

• All photo and video packages are subject to photographer/videographer availability and must be reserved in advance.

• While we will make every effort to capture exceptional images and footage, the quality and quantity of media obtained may be affected by factors beyond our control, including visibility, sea conditions, marine life activity, diver comfort and positioning, and adherence to safe diving practices.

• Delivery times are typically within 24 hours for photo and reel packages and within 3–5 days for cinematic video packages.

• Prices listed do not include Costa Rica's 13% Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be added to any package paid by credit card at the dive center.

• By purchasing a media package, guests grant Rich Coast Diving the right to use selected images and video footage for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the dive.

• Media packages may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity and are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, missed dives, early termination of an activity, course, or trip, or if the guest chooses not to participate after the activity has commenced.

• If Rich Coast Diving cancels the activity due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, guests will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund of the media package if the service cannot be provided.

• For certification packages, once any digital media has been captured and editing work has commenced, the package becomes non-refundable.

• Any bank transfer, payment processing, or currency conversion fees associated with refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please note that underwater photography and videography are dependent on environmental conditions, marine life activity, visibility, and diver participation. The absence of specific marine life sightings or unfavorable conditions does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
