This retreat is for everyone seeking space to rest, silence and connection
Each day will start with a meditation and breathwork practice, followed by a long vinyasa class. You will practice silence for a full day to go inwards, nurture yourself and unwind.
The evenings are for restorative practices, Zen Thai inspired bodywork and slow movements. You will have lots of free time to explore the surroundings, use the sauna, go for a dip in the lake, and be with yourself and others.
This retreat is an invitation to let go, take some time off from your day-to-day life, and do less.
