Unify was incredibly empowering and healing on so many levels. Kaity and Kristen brought authentic, delightful energy and an amazingly skilled practice to the retreat experience. They each brought their unique and special dynamics to the practice of yoga and meditation and blended their skills in such a respectful, engaging and nurturing manner.
