Impact Groups are unforgettable service learning trips for groups who want to see and learn more about Guatemala, get involved in the work and communities of NGO Niños de Guatemala, and help us build a better future for the next generation of Guatemala.

Our Spanish Immersion trips offer participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in Guatemalan culture and Spanish with high quality language lessons, local family homestays, and cultural activities! Spanish classes can be taught 1-on-1 or in small groups for any level with our team of Guatemalan teachers, each possessing 10 years or more of experience. Local family homestays include 3 meals daily (except Sunday) and trips are fully customizable for your group’s needs.

Participants will come away with improved Spanish skills, a deeper understanding of Guatemala and its culture, meaningful relationships, and personal growth.

A super cute half-day trip to learn about Worry Dolls and the work of Ninos de Guatemala. The Worry Dolls workshop is quite short, but our teacher was patient and lovely and answered all our questions about her work and it was great that we could purchase some of her Worry Dolls directly from her too (very very reasonably priced). Everyone was very nice and welcoming and it was really interesting to learn more about the education system in Guatemala.

I was delayed with my flight and i was really glad that I saw the taxidriver. His name was Henri and he was very friendly, respectful and helpful. He was staying on the RIGHT side. (I didn't know that) Thank you Henri , also for the nice talk

Thé homestay was very enriching. WE learnt a lot about Guatemala and Dina, our host made us feel AT home from thé very begining. She went out of her way to speak Spanish with us everything day, sharing many stories about her family and her life. Thé food WE were served was fresh and home cooked. Our teachers Molly and Renya gave us a good grounding in grammar. Théy were very compétent and made thé lésions interesting. WE would not hésitant to recommend this packagé to Friends.
