The team flight departs Detroit  Metropolitan Airport (DTW) on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 6:05 pm EDT on Delta Flight # 134 to Amsterdam (AMS).   We will connect to KLM Flight 1651 to Venice (VCE), arriving in Venice at 10:45 am CEST on Sunday, August 4. 

The team will depart from Rome's Leonardo da Vinci Airport on Tuesday, August 13 at 11:15 am on Delta Flight # 237, non-stop, to Detroit. Arrive in Detroit at 3:47 pm EDT on August 13.

If Sport Tours cancels the University of Toledo Women's Basketball International Tour, participants will be refunded all deposits and payments.  Sport Tours is not responsible for lost of funds due to flight purchase or any other expenses incurred not directly booked with or by Sport Tours International

If the University of Toledo decides to cancel the tour, participants will receive all deposits and payments they have made less any unrecoverable expenses.  

If a participant cancels a reservation for the tour, the $1000 initial deposit  will not be refunded. The participant will be refunded all others payments minus any unrecoverable expenses. There will be no refunds for any tour reservations cancelled after June 22, 2019.

Sport Tours recommends all participants consider purchasing international health care and trip insurance through your agent or another reputable soursce.
