Join me on the gorgeous Pacific coast of Zihuatanejo, Mexico for an expansive 5 day and 4 night dance retreat hosted by Abagail (Heart Dancer) and sponsored by Warrior Within. Our one of a kind hotel is a regenerative, eco-luxury, B Corp certified, so your participation contributes to sustaining the local communities, environment, and wildlife.
Enjoy daily morning yoga classes (60 minutes), and a nice long afternoon in-depth dance session with Abagail (120 minutes), in her specialized style of movement that blends West African foundational dance traditions, with club dance, feminine exploration, Afro street styles, and contemporary flow.
What's included
Daily dance class
One 120 minute dance class/day with Abagail. Mixed level.
Daily Yoga
One 60 minute yoga class a day.
3 meals a day
All meals included + tea, coffee, agua fresca, filtered water

Airport transfer

Abagail is a performer, choreographer, instructor, creative and dance educator. She's traveled to Guinea, Senegal, Ghana, and the Ivory Coast to study dance + music since 1999. She is an international performer and teaching artist, having performed at the Paris 2024 Olympics, Bercy Arena, Paris; Arena Di Verona, Italy; and the Fifa World Cup, Qatar. In the US, Abagail is dance faculty with Pomona College and AMDA College of the Performing Arts, and runs her online dance platform, Heart Dancer Experience.
