When our international flight lands on Baires a representative of the company will be waiting for you at the airport lobby to take us to the domestic airport to board the flight to the next stage, Iberá Wetlands! 

Once in the airport a private transfer will take us to our home for the next 4 nights.

After a long trip nothing better than a great meal and the raw nature around us, perfect for settling down.

As activites we organice for you wetland horseback riding, kayaking, birdwachting, all joined with traditional homemade cooking and great folk music.

Time to depart this remote area on the Globe and prepare for the next stage... a long but worthy way to Patagonia.

At the designated time, a transfer will pick us up from our accommodation to take us to the airport in the city of Corrientes. From there, we will take a flight that will take us almost to the edge of the world; we will arrive at our next destination, the city of Calafate. Once there, and in the afternoon, we can rest—preferably with a glass of wine in hand—and prepare for what awaits us the next day. We are here for a reason. One that shows us every day the immensity of our Patagonia and the raw power of nature.

Around 9:30 AM, a vehicle will pick us up from our accommodation and take us into the heart of the Andes Mountains, to where the Patagonian steppe transforms into forest, and where the streams flow into Lago Argentino. There, where the Perito Moreno Glacier trembles and roars.

After a tour of an estancia (ranch) and an abundant lunch of roasted lamb, we will take a boat that will bring us to the very edge of the glacier's southern wall. The purpose is for us to celebrate, with a toast, being here in this place and at this moment together.

To finish, we will walk the footbridges opposite this enormous mass of ice, so that we may have a quiet moment to reflect on our part in the orchestra of nature.

Without a doubt, a day to remember for a long time.

Once the day has started and after a good breakfast, we will head to the local Hertz office to pick up our rental vehicle, which will accompany us on the next stage of our adventure.

The destination we are heading to is the youngest town in all Argentina, also known as the National Capital of Trekking, welcome to El Chaltén.

But, wait! Its a almost 3hs drive from El Calafate, we think would be a great idea to have some great asado and a horseback riding along the valley... after that, lets make our check in our hotel, the rest of the afternoon is free for us.

We will spend two nights here. the day after the arrival should be perfect for the best trek to the base of Cerro Fitz Roy, at Laguna de los Tres. A view to admire!

After our nights in El Chaltén, it is time to hit the road again—this time a bit further north, not far from where we are. We will head towards Estancia Los Huemules, where we will leave our vehicles, because our intended destination can only be reached on foot and wide open senses.

Immersed in a panorama that IA will envy, Puesto Cagliero will be our home for the next two nights. A place as remote as it is cozy. A place that looks towards the glacier and makes us look within ourselves.

We have chosen this place because those who have the good fortune to be here deserve the greatest of silences to admire this nature of which we are also a part.

After an early breakfast at Puesto Cagliero, it is time to leave this faraway land. We will return once more, walking to our vehicles, with which we will make the journey to the El Calafate airport.

Our next destination is the great city of Buenos Aires.

Today is definitely a day of great contrasts, we started it facing a glacier, then took a walk through the forests, and end the day at night in the center of one of the most populated cities in Latin America: Buenos Aires.

Its, for sure a night for rest.

The following day, an exploration of the city awaits us to see its fundamental sights. A guide will accompany us on this discovery, and in the evening, to close out a wonderful trip, we will attend a traditional milonga. There, if we dare, we will learn some Tango steps to return home having learned something extra from this Argentine land.

At last its time to return home, we hope with the idea that Argentina is a land of contrast, passion, joy, faith, raw nature,  diversity and so much more to discover and unveil, hope you could collect memories worthy of being remembered long time after.
