Shayna, (RYT 200) a Maryland native, has been teaching in DC since 2014. She completed her 200-hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) training at Tranquil Space Yoga Studio in 2014 and her 500-hr RYT training in 2017. She currently teaches many varieties of Vinyasa yoga for adults and children, catering each class to meet the needs of her students. She aims to create a welcoming and friendly space where students can be comfortable exploring their own edge without self-judgment. Shayna loves crafting creative playlists that can help guide her students through each moment of class from centering the mind to finding bliss in Savasana.
Lisa, (E-RYT 200, RCFY 200, YACEP) has dedicated her professional career to enhancing life experiences and providing practical and applicable tools for wellness and personal success through educational programs for children and adults of all ages. Lisa is a master yoga instructor and professional trainer with particular expertise in yoga for special populations, including children, families, seniors, and those challenged by developmental differences, illness and injury. As a Radiant Child Yoga Facilitator, Mentor, and 200-Hour Instructor, Lisa conducts trainings around the country that help adults reconnect with their inner child and learn to teach yoga to children. She also co-teaches workshops and is co-authoring publications with RCY founder Shakta Khalsa.

Enjoy two nights and three days at a gorgeous Bed & Breakfast in Orange, VA. Please note there are two different accommodations side by side for our guests. The Chestnut Hill & The Inn at Poplar Hill.
Prepare to treat yourself to a gourmet meal to begin each day of your vacation. Breakfast will be served at both accommodations but enjoyed at the location to which you are staying.
We will provide an exciting and safe way to take in the beautiful countryside of the Piedmont Region while enjoying its burgeoning tasting room offerings.
Unlimited access to beer, wine, soda, and water is included for all retreat guests during the entirety of your stay. These beverages will be provided at Chestnut Hill's bar.
Gourmet appetizers will be served both Friday & Saturday evenings between 4 and 5 PM. We are prepared to create appetizers to fit any dietary restrictions within your group.
Saturday's Lunch will be at the vineyards. Food will be available for purchase at one or all of the vineyards we visit. More details to follow.
Dinner Friday & Saturday evening will be on your own. There are tons of restaurants within walking and driving distance, we will provide details on reservations and availability.
Each Vineyard's tasting will range from $7-$18, the tastings are optional as is the purchase of additional glasses. Bottles are also available for purchase and can be enjoyed at your leisure.
Our accommodations are a two hour drive from Washington, DC. If you don't have a car, we are happy to help arrange carpools.
