Wonderful time, great tennis. Very disappointed about the airport transfer. After spending an extremely long day traveling and my wife having a chronic disabilty, the last part of our journey was extremely disappointing, our fights were all on time, we arrived on time, we were at the exact area waiting for over a hour and a half.

We had a great experience. The tickets for the Australian Open were fantastic and Melbourne’s Crown Hotel was perfect!! Accommodations in Cairns, Sydney and Queenstown were very strategic in location. Met some great people and loved hanging out with them in various cities . (All folks traveling with Mac Sports!) What a trip! Three weeks in Australia and New Zealand. Started in Melbourne for the 2025 Open and finished up in Auckland NZ. The Open didn't disappoint. We met many new friends along the way. All of the accommodations were superb. The tours and tour guides were excellent. No issues with the transfers along the way. Looking forward to the next trip with Mac Sports Travel. I would highly recommend using them.

Overall I had an amazing trip!! I did think that our Melbourne city tour and dinner cruise were both too long on day 1 and but otherwise in Melbourne, our AO experience and seats were amazing and the hotel was lovely. Our hotel in Cairns was beautiful!! Loved it! Also totally loved all our tour choices and the decision to not miss NZ!! Only issue in NZ was that our hotel was too far from town and we needed to get taxis to get into town. Otherwise Queenstown was by far the most beautiful place I've ever seen and I wish we'd been able to spend more time there but our vacation did not allow it! Thank you Michael for the trip of a lifetime.

The trip was awesome. Seats at the AO were the best ever. Great accommodations, wonderful tours and lots and lots of fun people. Australia and New Zealand are magnificent with so much to do.
