I'm here to say many of us who were robbed of literally thousands of dollars have not forgotten! My son's choir trip was canceled due to the owner tragically dying. Although, the death of anyone dying tragically is indeed sad and my thoughts go out to his family, the fact that no one got the thousand dollars a head they paid for the trip back, is immoral and should absolutely be called out. There was some kind of issues with the POA of the estate but that should have been rectified in court a very long time ago, seeing that this happened two years ago now. It's beyond unprofessional and wrong to keep us in the dark on the thousands of dollars you essentially stole from multiple families. The firm handling the US Integrity Tours POA situation should close their doors and be ashamed of how they do business.

My sons band trip was canceled by US Integrity and we still have not received our refund back. We paid $863.00 for a trip that was never provided. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I will never book a trip with this company again. No one returns calls or emails. No one gives a status of what is going on. DO NOT use this company!!!!

I have made several domestic and international trips with USIT. This is far and away the best travel company I have ever used. Their attention to detail, communication and taking care of their customers is what sets this company apart from others. Any little issue that came up before or more importantly during the trips, was always dealt with by the professionals at USIT. The itineraries are always amazing with great venues and so many activities that you know you are getting your monies worth! I highly recommend USIT for any group wanting to travel!
