My journey into health and healing began more than 30 years ago as a Physical Therapist, but over time I realized that true wellness goes far beyond treating symptoms. That discovery led me to study Functional Medicine, holistic therapies, energy healing, and wellness practices from around the world, all with the goal of helping people uncover the root causes.
