On top of that, we experienced an unexpected delay with the boat in Puntarenas, which prevented us from getting it to Drake Bay on time. Despite this, we still operated the service for you: we took you by boat to Sierpe and arranged a private taxi from there to Uvita. This alternative route actually cost us more than the original direct transfer you had booked, but we wanted to make sure you reached your destination without cancelling on you.
