Outstanding service from Hernan transporting two of us from Merida to Playa del Carmen, stopping at Izamal and Ek Balam. excellent guide to these places and to Mexico in general. Helped design the trip and took on board our suggestions. Hernan when over and above by helping with a problem with a tour booked in Playa del Carmen. Izamal and Ek Balam well worth a visit. Highly recommend Ecoexpeditionsmexico and Hernan.

Excellent guided tour. We enjoyed the experience at Chichen Itza, learned lots from Edgar. He provide valuable context and history. And leaving time at the end wander on,our own. The lunch and the cenote portion exceeded expectations. Early start, but well worth to beat the crowds . Thank you for a well organized , informative and fun tour. Recommended.

We loved our tour to Chichén Itzá and Izamal. Our guide Delio (sorry, I’m not sure of the spelling of his name) was wonderful and gave us great insight into the sites and the Mayan culture. We also enjoyed the fun mid day stop at a family home in to enjoy their cenote, and a delicious lunch. This was a special treat and one we’d never have experienced on our own! A day we’ll always remember!!

We had a brilliant time. Our guide, Delio, was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. Getting to Chichen Itza early was awesome and well worth the early start. The Cenote experience and food were truly memorable.

Overall, we had a great tour. We've been to several different Mayan cities and Uxmal is uniquely special. We arrived early and as such, the site was mostly empty and allowed for quiet and peaceful exploration. Our guide was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about this site and the Maya. Our van was comfortable and the driver was excellent. My only recommendation would be for such an early tour, a quick stop for coffee or tea would have been appreciated. In addition, the cenote, while refreshing and fun, wasn't particularly beautiful. With so many cenotes in the area to choose from, this one was a bit underwhelming. Lunch was great. Overall a few tweaks would have made this tour go from great...to amazing.
