The Uyuni Salt Flats experience dry and wet seasons. During the dry season (April to November), the landscape is vast and flat, ideal for clear photography. In the wet season (December to March), heavy rains flood the flats, creating a mirror-like surface reflecting the sky and clouds, offering a surreal experience for visitors.
In the afternoon, you arrive at Incahuasi Island, the largest island in the salt flats. Here we can find fossils of corals, giant cactus and we can observe Tunupa Volcano and all the salt flats.
Later, you will observe the sunset in the pink-blurred horizon of the salt flats, a unique spectacle in the world. Then, the group heads back to Uyuni.
