A graduate of Tashkent's World Languages University (honours in English), from 1995 - 1996 Adil worked for the European Union as a Senior Education specialist. In 1996 he joined CATS as a guide and tour coordinator, accompanying tour groups throughout Central Asia. Adil was the Liaison Officer for a Japanese NGO that provided humanitarian aid to Afghanistan from 2001 until 2004. After project completion, he handled logistics for various foreign companies. Working as a freelance guide in Uzbekistan until 2008, he joined a major Uzbek travel company as a Senior Travel Consultant, developing original tours and building an extensive client base. His reputation is solidly based in his personal and reliable service. Adil is co-founder of Steppe Journeys and is the Sales and Marketing Manager. Adil speaks Uzbek, Russian, English and a little Japanese. He has undertaken regular tourism programs with Uzbek Tourism. His interests include football, tennis and art.
