Our guide, Jeremy, was the absolute BEST guide I have ever had on a group trip! He was patient, he was flexible, he was knowledgeable, he was prepared, and he took care of us! We got just enough of a taste of New York to want to go back! I do think charging us for checked baggage at booking then returning the money when prices went up so we had that hassle at the airport when traveling with a large group of minors was in poor taste. Surely there is a fixed rate in place when booking a group? That was a dirty trick. is something

This trip was amazing. We were taken care of and provided clear instructions how the day would unfold. Sight seeing activites were great, food arrangements were nice. Barbara, our tour director, was absolutely amazing! Only thing that could have been better is if the seating arrangements on the airplanes were aligned with those booking together in the reservation. I went with my son on the trip. My son has special needs and thought I’d be sitting next to him, but he was booked to sit in a different aisle and row than I was in. The flight attendants were great at asking people to change seats, but it caused some additional work.
