Discover one of the Atacama Desert's most breathtaking landscapes on this tour to the Moon Valley (Valle de la Luna) from San Pedro de Atacama. 15:00 PM / We begin the tour by picking you up at your accommodation within the town of San Pedro de Atacama, then head toward the Salt Mountain Range, located in the heart of the Atacama Desert.

We arrive at the Moon Valley, one of the Atacama Desert's most iconic locations. This stunning landscape is defined by rock formations, salt crusts, and dunes, all sculpted over millennia by the forces of erosion.

During the tour, we will traverse the valley and visit some of its key natural formations:

• Tres Marías.

• Canyon.

• The Amphitheater.

• Great Dune (Duna Mayor).

We conclude the visit at the Licanantay viewpoint, a prime spot for watching the sunset. From here, you can observe the desert’s shifting hues as the volcanoes on the horizon complete the magnificent scenery.

After enjoying the sunset, we begin the return journey to San Pedro de Atacama, where the tour concludes.
