My 2 daughters and I took the 4 hour experience to In Ha reef and the yacht and crew were WONDERFUL!. Captain was great, Dayvid was amazing treated us like gold. Made fantastic drinks. But best of all was how they catered to my 9 year old while we went snorkeling. Making sure there was a mask that fit. They found one of their children's masks. We felt like family. Then in the water, Schubert our guide took my daughter under his wing it was awesome. I highly recommend this crew. Thanks again guys we will be back!!

We had a great time on our 4-hour catamaran trip. The whole crew went above and beyond to provide excellent service and ensure our every need was met. The food was fresh and delicious and the cocktails were some of the best we had while visiting Mexico.

Unfortunately not the experience we were expecting. The service and crew members were great and very attentive, but the boat was dated and smelled awful which took away from the experience. We paid almost $1600 (including transportation to and from our hotel), so I was very disappointed how much we spent for a not so good experience. I couldn’t even eat because it felt dirty and lacking the luxury experience that was advertised. I wish I would’ve passed on this excursion!

I can't express how fun this was for my wife and I and our five kids ranging from 14 to 21. We have never been waited on so attentively in our lives. In addition, the food the music, and the drinks were genuinely great! We did a 6-hour charter and four hours in, the two youngest were not feeling great so they made the decision to change plans to something with no waves and glassy flat surface and it was a hit. Seriously, thank you and when I'm back in the area this is definitely how I will book a boat. Also, one more note is that registering and paying was a breeze and they answered all of my mundane questions as if we were their only client.

An incredible staff and team. Made our experience very memorable! Would 10/10 recommend to everyone going to Tulum!
