With a four month follow up period plus access to resources and group support your chances of aquiring the knowledge and implementing it to succeed as a vegan is very high.
This trip is created to give people a chance to experience an as optimised vegan wellness lifestyle in the Ubud by a nutrition and lifestyle coach. After having spent almost a year in Ubud finding the best restaurants, organic food markets, spring waters, holy springs and made local contacts, found great healers, got to know the local Ubud expat community and found many of the real gems of Ubud, Simen Lie is ready to guide you through how to actually integrate an optimised vegan lifestyle while travelling and in your daily life. After Simen coached friends in Ubud, he felt the place was super condusive to show how great veganism really is. He felt this experience should be shared with many more people. Simen felt Ubud is one of the most magical places on earth, but especially experienced as when one has gotten some inside information from the locals and long time expats about where to go and what to do.

We learn from and share meals with wise balinese elders. We walk with local Balinese friends in the rice fields and jungles with amazing local herbalists and learn about herbs that grow in this mineral rich soil. We stand on top of mountains, walk through heavens gates and overlook the amazing views.
We talk with wise Balinese elders about what karma is and how it influences everyone on this island.
In luxurious settings we eat the most optimal foods, with often the most freshly picked foods straight from the vine to your plate. Massages, beneficial bodywork, herbal baths and more provide physical optimisation.
The facilitators shows you how great it can really be when an environment supports you in so many ways.
We shower in pure spring water, and be blessed in several holy springs by priestesses or people connected to the spirits of this land.

This journey is all about empowering you to be able to live this lifestyle while travelling and in your daily life, so we buy food together, go to restaurants together, organic food markets and perhaps even pick some fresh wild fruits and in the quantity and pace that suits you best. You have ample time for self and your flow, and you choose the frequency to which we eat together... When we buy food we stock up a little bit so you can at eat at he times that fit you :)

The foods suggested are just used as examples based upon what is available. So we can't guarantee each meal is excactly as planned but we do our best.
We suggest budgeting for more than 1000 dollars budgeted for the trip, even though our estimated costs are lower. I also depends upon what accomodation you choose.
