Our first stop on the vegan food tour will be to Mama Wok vegan Chinese cuisine. If you love Chinese food but couldn’t find any vegan alternatives then look no further. Mama Wok has all the best Chinese food from lo mien to vegan pork fried rice, king oysters mushrooms and more. You will fall in love with this food I guarantee it. 

If you like milkshakes, cheese burgers, onion rings, soul food and good desserts then this is the vegan place for you. The bean has a lot to offer and plus they have their own vegan supermarket which is pretty cool. 

Noda is a new up and coming community in Charlotte NC that has everything. They have games, street vendors, art, music, and more. We will walk and glance around Noda do a little shopping and head to our next location. 

This vegan restaurant comes all the way from southwest Africa. Ph My Soul has a beautiful atmosphere with a large backyard where you can dine in, it’s pet friendly they even have a vegan bar for the people who like to drink and the have life band concerts. The food is amazing and the staff is super friendly. they are located right in the heart of Noma Next to other stores and shopping areas so we can walk around for a bit and see the city. you will love this place
