Curious about Vegan-ism but don't know where to start? Maybe you already eat vegan or vegetarian and are looking for a like minded community for support and inspiration. This 5 week program will give you all of the tools you need to get started and/or stay motivated.
Participants will receive:
-Weekly check in calls to help you stay motivated.
-An inspiring healthy Vegan shopping list to get you started on the journey.
-Multiple tried and tested delicious recipes and snack ideas.
-Self Care coaching to help you feel better emotionally and physically.
We will meet via Zoom every Tuesday night from 7-8 pm PST! If you need to miss a session don't worry about it. I will record each class and send it to you the next day.
We will begin with a short introduction to the program and group check in so we can get to know each other and learn what each of you are looking to receive from this class! Then we will go over basics on how to stock your kitchen and get you prepared for the month of Vegan-ish cooking!
