10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Strong & Slow Yoga Flow (Optional)
For those who wish to deepen their practice, join us for a rejuvenating Strong & Slow Yoga Flow session. This hour-long class will blend strength-building poses with slow, mindful movement to help you cultivate balance, flexibility, and inner peace.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Brunch
Enjoy a wholesome and delicious brunch prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Expect a spread of seasonal dishes—think hearty oatmeal, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries, and other nourishing options to fuel your day.
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Free Time
Take the afternoon to explore the picturesque town of Woodstock, enjoy one of the scenic hiking trails nearby, or simply relax and unwind in the comfort of the lodge. Whether you want to curl up with a good book, take a meditative walk in the snow, or discover local shops and cafes, the afternoon is yours to enjoy as you wish.
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner in the Lodge
Gather together for a delicious, seasonal dinner prepared with care by our team. Expect a hearty, farm-to-table meal that brings the flavors of Vermont right to your table—fresh, comforting, and satisfying. A perfect end to a day of relaxation and exploration.
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Candlelit Vinyasa (Included)
Replenish your body and mind with a peaceful Candlelit Vinyasa session, included in the retreat price. This gentle yet invigorating practice is designed to release tension, encourage deep relaxation, and promote flexibility, all while being bathed in the warm glow of candlelight. A truly calming and restorative experience to close out your day.
9:00 PM - Wine & Nightcap
After yoga, join us for a nightcap in the cozy lounge area. We’ll have a selection of wine and light beverages to enjoy as you wind down the evening. It’s the perfect time to reflect on the day, share stories with new friends, or simply savor a moment of quiet before heading to bed.
