About this trip

My wife and I have been talking about going to Spring Training for a few years now and finally went this year with Philly Sports Trips.  What a Blast!  We had so much fun!  Vince, Julia, Bob and the rest of the team went out of their way to make sure everyone enjoyed the experience.  From the tailgate and meet and greet with Charlie Manuel to the spring training games and the Preston and Steve broadcast in between.  MY wife and I have already booked for next year and we'll be getting our family and friends to go along too!

This is our 2nd Clearwater trip. It’s wonderful. Vince, bob, and Julia can’t do enough. The wyndom is gorgeous. All the activities are very well organized and timed perfectly. The games this year were in section 103 good but last year we have the box one game. But it was fine.  The dinner cruise was delicious and a lot of fun. I’m never disappointed with this group. Having been an event planner for 30 years I can say that this trip was extremely well planned!  Vince, Julia and Bob all did a great job!  
Everything was thought out from beginning to end.  This was not our first trip to Spring training , but our first trip with them.  We will never go with anyone else!  We will be back!  Thank you for a great time!!

Traveled with Vince to San Diego to see Phillies Labor day weekend.  Was a great time.. Everything from start to finish was  excellent. From airport bus to Margaritaville Hotel and rooftop party to walking a couple blocks to Petco Park. Will do again! 

Great weekend trip to Pittsburgh and two Phils games.  Of course they lost both close games we saw but the experience and accommodations were excellent.  Top notch all the way.  If I had to pick on something it would be that the bus was a little old for a long drive.  The guys took care of us though. I look forward to using your services again and cant wait. Thank you.

My friend and I traveled with Philly Sports Trip to see the Eagles DEFEAT the Cardinals out in Arizona. All I can say is that W.O.W! Vince knows how to put together a trip. The hotel was amazing, the events were event better, and the hospitality was the best. 11/10 would recommend Philly Sports Trips! 

I traveled with this group for spring training and had an awesome time. From the hotel down to the game seats, you couldn’t ask for anything better. Everything offered for this event was everything you could ask for and more. It was completely worth the price. Vince and the groups professionalism and organization are unmatched. 
The only thing to note if you are planning to travel with this group is inquiring about the average age. We were considerably younger than majority of travelers in the group.

Highly recommended! Vince and Julia. ran an amazing quick getaway weekend to celebrate the EAGLES in Arizona! Met friends for life, stunning location and well organized.

Couldn't of asked for a better day and even better company to tailgate with. Vince and the crew at Philly Sports Trips put on a show as always for the DC trip to Washington. Top shelf food and drinks did not disappoint.  The entire NEPA Bird Gang and I here from Wilkes-Barre, Pa had an absolute blast. Can't wait to do it again, see you all at the Meadowlands for giants game. Go Birds!!

PHLY - FLY GUYS ON THE ROAD IN MONTREAL

It was a great trip. People did trips on their day off, explored Montreal. The hotel was great, close to the game, lots of awesome restaurants. The tailgate was a success. Easy to use a direct flight from Philadelphia to Montreal and back. A small group made it easy to talk with everybody one on one. The Fans are awesome. Thanks, Brian Propp

My first Flyers trip to Montreal was a lot of fun.  Hosts Vince and Dooney were very welcoming. Our group meetups over the weekend were just enough to make new friends and also give you time to explore the city on our own.  We'll be back.

We had a great time! The bus ride was comfortable, the food and drinks were fantastic, and the weather was perfect for a baseball game—and a win for our Phillies! 

Phil the Park: Opening Day in D.C.

This was our first time and definitely will not be our last!  Secured parking, a comfortable bus, and a great tailgating venue with excellent food!  The hosts were awesome, checked in more than a few times and of course great lower level tickets to see our Phils win!

5-Night Spring Training in Clearwater

First Class all the way. Julia, Vince and Bob Cav were  perfect hosts. 

As usual, my trip with Philly Sports Trip was outstanding! Our seats at the ballpark were fantastic and meeting Larry Bowa and Jayson Werth was delightful.  Thank you for all the professionalism and caring during the entire experience.

The Wyndham hotel was very pretty and beautifully located. However, there was some to be desired in our room. Non-working outlets, lackadaisical cleaning, no coffee or cups replaced daily. However, mist was good

This was my first trip with Philly Sports Trips and can't wait for my next trip with you.  You were awesome and so helpful, especially with my friend and her walker. You had everything run smoothly.  You took care of us when they cancelled the return flight. I just can't say enough about how great you made my trip and meet my favorite all time Philly, Larry Bowa. Thank you again. We had a great time. The people running it was always around if you had a question. The clients on the trip were so nice. Meeting Jason Werth , Larry Bowa , and Charlie Manuel was awesome.! The only thing I would change is getting to the Ballpark a little earlier.

Super trip for Opening Day in DC!  Comfortable bus ride got us there by one and the Bullpen tailgate party was off the chart.  Plenty of tacos and the bartender even went downstairs to get a case of Czech beer for me. Super time in DC and looking forward to next year.

There is nobody that I would ever go on a trip with other than Philly Sports Trips. Vince Rizzuto is second to none. If you want a safe, fun and affordable trip to see your favorite team, this is definitely the way to go. Hopefully there will be many more in our future..

This was my fourth consecutive trip due to excellent past experience!
Julia, Bob Cal and Vince are very knowledgeable in providing their travelers with the very best accommodations, transportation and downright caring for their group.

We had a great time, and everyone we dealt with at MyTrips was fantastic.  (I would love to work for this organization remotely, and ask that you contact me.  I have many years of experience in scheduling and an impressive work history.)    Now back to my review -- the only complaint /problem we have is that the Hilton was the worst place we have ever stayed in our lives.  The people that work there -- from the valet area to the restaurants to the sundry stop couldn't have been more helpful, nicer, or accommodating, but that's where it ends.  The room accommodations were outdated and needed to be upgraded, and the cleaning of the room was less than desirable.  I would NEVER recommend anyone stay there.  Trust me, this is quite a statement for me to make.  (I had to travel twice to Russia and stayed in Moscow -- and those hotels were both far superior to the Hilton!).

NEW YORK SPRING TRAINING 2025

Thank you for a wonderful experience again this year! 
Appreciated the Wyndham hotel, the airline accommodations, the bus transportation to and from the airport and the games, the meet and greet, party at Coco’s and wonderful Sunset Cruise with delicious full dinner.
Julia, Bob Cav, and Vince were so helpful and caring, cespecially since my friend fell and injured her arm. 
I definitely would highly recommend Philly Sports Trips! 

We did have a great time!!  However, we were disappointed that we had to wait 45 minutes to get handicap seats and pay $24 for 2 handicap seats for the Yankees game!!  The temperature was 84 degrees later when my wife has a pace maker!! We loved Julia and Vincent!!  Why do you get penalized for being handicap??  

We did have a great time.  Meeting Charlie Manuel, Preston and Steve was pretty good also.   Accommodations were comfortable and clean and had a great view.  A good way to see what is around was to take the Jolly trolley North and South.  One drawback was the hotel didn't have any kind of shuttle and concierge service weren't too helpful.

We had a great time! Will definitely do it again.
Everything was perfect except the plane ride but that's not their fault.
Everyone was really nice and fun.
It was nice to have someone take care of everything for me so I could just enjoy.

We had an awesome time in Clearwater! The hotel was amazing and the people were great. We enjoyed the itinerary as we didn’t have to schedule anything during the visit. We got to meet Charlie Manuel and the Preston & Steve morning team during their live broadcast. The Phillies games were great and can’t wait for the 2025 season to start. Thank you for the excellent experience. 

Vince and his team did absolutely everything they could to make sure that the event was memorable. From the tailgate at Coco’s to the Q&A with Larry Bowa & Jayson Werth & the Meet & Greet with Charlie Manuel as well as the Starlight Dinner Cruise & of course the 2 Phillies games, everything was magical. We’re so glad we used Philly Sports Trips for our Spring Training trip.

We had a great time!   This is probably only the third time in 40 years my husband and I were able to get away by ourselves.  We really enjoyed the trip. Excellent, well organized trip to Clearwater for Phillies spring training.  This is our second year for this particular trip.  Staff was very helpful, pleasant, and available.

So much fun! Hotel-(Hilton) was beautiful. Weather was good. Enjoyed the forum & photos with Bowa & Werth. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly. Despite the horrible showing by American Airlines, I felt that everything possible was done to make our travel go well. I will definitely recommend you guys & hope to go on another trip soon!

Philly Sports Trips are a Class Act company.  My husband and I went on the Spring Training (Preston & Steve) trip.  It was a fabulous trip from beginning to end.  The transportation from the airport to hotel and to all of the games was flawless.  The hotel was beautiful.  The non-game activities were so much fun.  They really do think of everything, and are so considerate of everyone's interests.  We will be traveling with Philly Sports Trips in July for the San Fran/San Diego trip.  I can't wait!   

We had such a great time.  There were no worries as everything was taken of.  Met a lot of really nice people.  Activities were all good especially the cruise.  Would like to go again next year.  Highly recommend.  Forgot….. it was awesome meeting all of the wmmr crowd along with Charlie Manuel.

I wish I could give it 6 stars!!  What a wonderful trip.  It was a bucket list trip for my wife and I, and Philly Sports Trips made it completely amazing from start to finish.  they met us at the airport, bussed us to the hotel, helped with check in and got us settled.  From the wonderful boat cruise, through both Phillies games, they took care of all our transportation needs in amazingly comfortable buses.  Their people are so nice, and are totally fixated on you having the most wonderful time.  I can't way enough great things about Vince, Julia, Bob, and their entire crew.  It was truly a vacation of a lifetime.  We will be back next year!!!
