- 6am-8am: morning practice
- 8am-9am: breakfast
- 9am-1pm: lecture or workshop
- 1pm-2:30pm: lunch
- 2:30pm-7:15pm: lecture or workshop
- 7:30: dinner
- Post-Dinner: self-study, light homework
