Itinerary

Day 1 - April 21, 2024
Departure and Journey North

Starting in Dallas, with pickups in Salem, Woodburn, and Tualatin, guests will start the trip with a splash of color at the Tulip Festival - you cannot go wrong with 40 acres of tulips, a windmill, and Mount Hood framed in the background.

Departing the tulip festival, we head into Washington State for lunch and a trip to the Olympic Peninsula. 


Our first day will be rounded out by a dinner and then rest at the hotel. Tomorrow, the Black Ball Ferry and Victoria await!

We can't say enough about the great work of the tour director, Chris, or our bus driver Kevin, two very competent and congenial fellows. We were disappointed with the lodging in Port Angeles and the last breakfast, a "do it yourself" nook in the hotel lobby. Otherwise, five staers!

For my first tour ever, I had a great time. We saw a lot of sights in a short time. Met new friends and ate a lot of shrimp!!
