11 am: FREE time (ex; massage, pool, hike, bike ride, basketball)
4 pm: Workshop (ex; Acro yoga, Inversions, Thai yoga and massage)
5 pm: Dinner
6 pm: Yin Yoga, Breath work, Reiki
7 pm: Fire/ Optional Cocktail Hour
9 pm: Retire for the day.
