Welcome to Umbria! We will enjoy a tour of Orvieto including the Duomo and Underground before venturing outside of the city to see the Cascata delle Marmore waterfalls and other delights of the Umbrian countryside.
After departing Orvieto we will visit Assisi and learn about the life of St Francis
Relax at an agriturismo in the Umbrian countryside and discover many of the traditional crafts in the region. Take part in the grape harvest, bake a bread traditional in the region, and, of course, sample your handiwork.
The Etruscan capital city of Umbria, Perugia, will delight with a living history reaching back to the medieval period and charming modern artisans.
