Money Matters
We value education, at all costs. We work tirelessly to keep programs affordable for students, but know that does not mean accessible for everyone. To help, EdOdyssey offers:
- Guaranteed Financial Aid. For every student with demonstrated financial need.
- Scholarships. Merit-based awards.
- Payment Schedule. Payments are broken up over time. A non-refundable deposit is collect at the time of registration and the balance can be divided in multiple payments.
- Fundraising Platform. Via this platform, WeTravel, it's never been easier for students to raise money towards their program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The world is unpredictable and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible with our cancellations and refunds. By enrolling in this EdOdyssey program, you agree to our Terms & Conditions of Participation, which can be accessed at www.EdOdyssey.com/program-terms-conditions.
Some important reminders regarding our refund policy for virtual programs:
- The deposit paid at the time of registration is non-refundable.
- If you withdraw or cancel your participation for any reason after enrolling, you will receive a full refund less (i) non-refundable deposit and (ii) any additional costs not recoverable by EdOdyssey per vendor terms and conditions plus, depending on the date of cancellation/withdrawal (iii) a cancellation fee*.
*We must assess cancellation fees to help cover the countless hours of planning and work that go in to each of our programs. In addition to non-refundable deposit and non-recoverable costs, if a participants withdraws or cancels, they will be assess a cancellation fee according to the following schedule:
- 90 days or more before the first day of class - $0 (no cancellation fee).
- 89 to 61 days before the first day of class - $100 cancellation fee to EdOdyssey.
- 60 days or less before the first day of class - $300 cancellation fee to EdOdyssey.
On the first day of class and anytime after - no refund can be given and the entire Program Fee is non-refundable and the Participant liable for payment of the full Program Fee, even if the full Program Fee has not yet been paid in full.

- Course & CreditsThe Course Fee covers your registration for the course(s) you select and includes credits from the local university, Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP)
- OrientationAn orientation session to review the program, answer any questions, and to meet your classmates!
- Cultural ModulesLed by EdOdyssey’s local team in Peru, these fun weekly sessions will help you learn more about Peruvian culture and add more context to your semester
- Academic SupportIn addition to your professor, an EdOdyssey educator is available during the entire duration by email, Zoom or messenger to help you make the most of the program.
- Transcript SupportOur academic advisor will provide academic support to students who wish to transfer their credits directly to their university or get their hours accredited in the United States.
- Course CertificateAll students will receive a certificate of completion upon successfully finishing your passport-free semester in Peru!
- Program PageYour virtual program wouldn’t be complete without having a home for all of your academic and cultural enrichment resources. General updates related to courses will help support you.
- Final CermonyA final conclusion to celebrate all you've learned and accomplished together.

- Public Health, General Concepts and Application in the Peruvian Context: Explore the local, regional and national medicinal systems in Peru, and the variety of factors that affect Peruvian healthcare.

- Indigenous Rights & Legal Pluralism | Learn about indigenous rights in Peru and the possibilities of an adequate exercise of the collective rights of indigenous people.
