Learn how to share the practice of yoga nidra with others. Join Kelly Smith the founder of Yoga For You and the host of the Mindful in Minutes podcast for a yoga nidra teacher training. In this course you will take a deep dive into the practice of yoga nidra, the history and philosophy of the practice, explore the koshas and anatomy of yoga nidra, and learn how to teach this practice and share it with others.

This training will be completed in two long days with approximate hours 8am-6pm CST (meal break will be included during the day.) This training must be taken in full to complete and is open to all teachers and students.
