After practice and excellent Mediterranean breakfast, we will head towards the village of Montserrat, where we will begin our journey to the eponymous mountain and Monastery, founded in the 9th century. Numerous stories and legends are associated with Mount Montserrat. One of these legends tells us that at one time angels descended to the top. They were bored with the surrounding landscape, and they decided to cut the mountain into two equal parts, decorating it with various figures. From that time on it began to be called Montserrat - a sawn mountain. And the stone formations of a bizarre form received such names as Elephant Head, God's finger, Camel, Holy Virgin's Face. Unexplained things happened on Mount Montserrat. The priests managed to find the image of the Virgin Mary in the cave. Since that time, believing pilgrims began to come there. In our time there is a holy grotto. During the Great Patriotic War, a single bomb did not fall on the monastery! Everything here is permeated with special energy and special power! According to an old legend, in the Monastery of Montserrat the Holy Grail is hidden! By the way, he was sought here by the well-known mystic of the Third Reich - Himmler, but he could not find it. In addition, over the Monastery, are often noticed lights in the sky or flying UFOs. We will not only examine the monastery and touch the mysterious sculpture of the Black Madonna, but also climb to the top of the Montserrat mountain, from where the truly breathtaking panorama opens! During the ascent we will practice breathing and meditational practices. On the last cable car, we will go down from the mountain to return to Barcelona. In the evening - dinner in a wonderful Italian restaurant, in the menu - seafood! Tomorrow is the way to volcanoes!

After the Practice and breakfast, we will take the bus and actually make a wonderful two-hour bus tour to the town of Olot, which lies among the mountain peaks. Olot is a medieval architecture, it's the streets full of vegetables and fruits for 1 euro, it's cozy houses and hotels, it's the land saturated with the breath of volcanoes! After all, Olot stands directly among 70 sleeping volcanoes, one of which is located right inside the city! The volcano of Montascope can be visited immediately after arrival, and here we go! We'll sit right in the crater of the volcano and feel how the earth breathes, rising and sinking! In the Crater, we will conduct the Practice, and after - we will go to the restaurant for dinner with a view to the mist-covered mountains ... Tomorrow - to the heart of the Volcanoes!

 Morning Transformational Practice (07:00 - 09:00). After a wonderful Olot Mediterranean breakfast, we will head to the incredibly mysterious area of ​​Spain - Garrocha volcanic park. We will not reveal our secrets beforehand. Let's just say one thing - we had no idea of ​​discovering in Spain such an ancient and mysterious area. We can guarantee contact with an incredible energy charge in the craters of extinct volcanoes and at the foot of sleeping, ready to wake up at any moment, giants. Croscat, Santa Margarita and dozens of other formidable giants - a journey that can be called a landmark and a turning point in the life of each person. We finish the trip far from the point of beginning, on the other side of the park, where we will go back to Olot - for the sake of seafood and evening yoga practice! Tomorrow is a karst lake!

Morning Transformational Practice (07:00 - 09:00). Today we are heading to the small town of Besalu, leading its glorious history from the 10th century. The city is known for its intricate architecture and the most ancient Jewish baths on the entire Mediterranean coast. Walking along its streets, visiting churches, museums and bridges, we will continue our journey to the Spanish "Loch Ness" - Karst Lake Banyoles. Lake Bagnoles is the largest in Catalonia (Catalonia is not rich in lakes at all). The lake is karst. Karst lakes are always unusually beautiful: pure turquoise water, steep banks and mysterious depth of these lakes always attract curious people. The lake is surrounded by numerous mysterious legends. According to ancient legend, a dragon inhabits the lake, who in the old days the troops of King Charles 1 tried to kill, but after failing, the emperor requested the help of a saint. When the dragon left his shelter in the lake and saw a saint praying on the shore, the dragon followed him to the central square of the city. After such an amazing incident, the saint founded the monastery "San Esteban de Banyoles" and went into solitude. The dragon returned to his lake and did not appear again. We will have a snack in a restaurant overlooking the lake and make a pedestrian walk around the lake. In addition to the beauty of the turquoise waters of Banyoles, in this area there are very rich natural landscapes. Also along the way, we will see a reproduction of the settlement belonging to the Neolithic period (this settlement is just next to Lake Banyoles). In the evening we will return to Olot - practice and have dinner with stunning views of the volcanoes around. Tomorrow is mountain climbing!

Morning Transformational Practice (06:00 - 08:30).

We leave for the high-mountain village of Kamprodon, because today we are awaited by an absolutely incredible Mountain Surprise! Here, experienced guides will lift us above Heaven! A lot of historical events are connected with the Pyrenees. Here lived the Celts, reigned the Roman Empire, the first Gallic states battled with the tribes of the Germanic barbarians, and much much more.

The Pyrenean mountains stretch for 450 km along the border between Spain and France. In the foothills life has always been abundant, even nowadays many settlements are surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and pastures. But the Pyrenees themselves are still among the almost uninhabited mountain systems. With the Pyrenees  myths and stories about the Holy Grail are associated. We will see the Pyrenees and enjoy all the delights of this mountain trekking in one of the world's oldest mountains. Without revealing the cards in advance - you can prepare for a dizzying delight from what you see! Evening meditation can hardly return you from Heaven to Earth! In the evening - we head back to Olot for dinner. Tomorrow - we visit Dali!

Dali's success in the visual arts was manifested early: in 1919, when El Salvador was 15 years old, his first art exhibition was held. Accidentally or not, but the venue for the exhibition was chosen ... the city theater. If you are in the Figueres theater-museum for the first time, it may seem that you've found himself in a fantastic place, where there is a mystery and there is no system, and the edges of reality are erased. But after a while it will become clear that the first impression is mistaken: although all the exhibits of the museum have their own character, they are united by a common idea into a single whole. In the evening we will return to Olot, practice and taste the final dinner! Tomorrow - home!
