Explore Ghana’s longest river, Volta River, with a cruise to the Dodi Island.

 Meet your tour guide and driver at an agreed location and depart Accra early and travel northeast to Akosombo. Drive past the industrial city of Tema, the Kloyo Mountains and Shai Hills before arriving at Akosombo to board the MV Dodi Princess for a scheduled cruise on the Volta Lake, one of the greatest landmarks of Ghana, to Dodi Island. Enjoy barbequed lunch and live band music as you cruise to the Dodi Island. Enjoy the calm of the lake and bask in the beauty of the mountain scenery and surroundings. Return to mainland by late afternoon and depart for Accra. Arrive by early evening and drop off at pick up point.
