You will visit the well-preserved ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site , followed by a stop at the sacred town of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, which offers panoramic views and a peaceful spiritual atmosphere. The day concludes in the 17th-century imperial city of Meknes, where highlights include the massive Bab Mansour gate, the Royal Stables, and the vibrant El Hedim Square.

At 9:20 AM, one of our team members will pick you up from your hotel or the closest meeting point in Fez to begin your exceptional day trip. Scenic Drive & Dam Stop: As we leave Fez, enjoy the picturesque Moroccan countryside.
Our first stop will be at a local dam, where you can take photos and enjoy the fresh air and serene views.
Volubilis – Roman Ruins (UNESCO World Heritage Site: Next, we head to Volubilis, the ancient Roman city with well-preserved ruins dating back over 2,000 years. Explore its arches, basilicas, mosaics, and learn about the rich history of this once-thriving settlement. Moulay Idriss Zerhoun – The Holy Town: We continue to Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, one of Morocco’s most sacred towns and the burial place of Moulay Idriss I, founder of Fez.
While non-Muslims cannot enter the mausoleum, the town offers panoramic views and a peaceful spiritual atmosphere. Lunch in Meknes: Upon arrival in Meknes, enjoy a relaxing lunch break at a local restaurant before continuing the tour.
