Join us in Bali, Indonesia for a mind, body, and spirit activation where Spirituality Begins with Food. This intimate retreat will include activities and excursions to guide you in stimulating spiritual growth from within. Our 6 day, 5 night spiritual wellness experience provides a reset and new perspective on what it means to release and grow. Join us as we set an intention for divine balance and guidance.

Breakfast & Dinner
Plant-based breakfast and dinner.
Airport Transportation
Round trip airport transportation to and from the retreat center at designated time, date, and location at DPS Airport to Bali.
PlantBased Cooking Class
Traditional half day experience. Curate 5 courses of Balinese cuisine during a private farm to table cooking class in the jungles of Bali.
Sensory Communication
This workshop allows you to have an experience without judgement while being completely open to the unknown. Navigate your feelings through food and open communication.
Guided Meditations
Whether you are a beginner or a regular with your meditation practice, VTG expands your consciousness around nature and activities to release what no longer serves you to make room for your calling.
Yoga
Restorative and Vinyasa Flow yoga for all experience levels to keep your body active and open for the day. Yoga brings out creativity and productiveness that allows a peaceful existence in your day.
Purification Ceromy
Our half day purification and healing ceremony takes place at the Griya Beji Waterfall where you are guided through a five step purification process in the healing waters of Indonesia.

Please book your flight to DPS (Denpasar International Airport)
Traveler's Insurance
You are responsible for Traveler's Insurance to cover any unexpected events prior to or during your trip including but not limited to changes in travel plans, luggage, unexpected illness, etc.
Visa Upon Arrival
You will receive your VOA at DPS airport at customs where you will receive a 30 Day Tourist Visa for $35 USD.

You will have one free day to explore Bali and everything that it has to offer whether you choose to go to an elephant sanctuary on your own or the insta-worthy Bali Swing!
