Amazing tour to Española! KingfisherGPS was very responsive during my planning and booking, everything went smoothly. They sent me all the information for the tour, meeting point, etc. Very nice and professional. I was on Kpitana boat from Wreck Bay diving center. Half of the people were diving and half were snorkeling. The ride was intense but with nausea pills I was fine. We saw Nazca boobies, albatrosses, and during the snorkeling a school of at least 14 hammerhead sharks and one of over 40 spotted eagle rays! And turtles and fish. It was amazing!! 🤩🤩🤩

The company is in its infancy but still has a bit to learn. We met the agent the day before for our wet suit fittings and we agreed a time to meet the following morning to start the tour. He arrived late with a friend to whom we were never introduced. We had assumed we would be part of a larger party but that wasn’t the case. A taxi driver arrived and we all bundled into the car. The high point on the island was shrouded in mist so we told him there was not much point in trekking g up there so moved on to the tortoise sanctuary. My advice is to tag onto other guides as you go round the sanctuary as our guide had very little in the way of information. He spent more time taking photos instead of allowing us space to do our own. We decided against the snorkelling at Puerto Chino. It was a busy day for locals and the guide offered no safety advice should we get into difficulties. He and his friend had not brought any swimming gear so you are on your own if you go. There were no safe places to leave our bags so we just paddled. We decided that we could have just ordered a taxi to take us round and do our own thing.

The guide was excellent, and the tour delivered what was promised, but unfortunately, the customer service was very bad.
