Wake up to your life – from autopilot to fully living!  4 day and 3 night Mindfulness Retreat


Notice the autopilot, and see with fresh eyes! Step out of your daily routine and into the embrace of nature; the red rock canyons, quiet trails, and open skies, where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters.


Included in this retreat: nightly accommodations, deliciously cooked meals, daily transformational talks, spiritual regression session, yoga classes, and free time to explore the park!


During this retreat, you’ll be gently guided to:

  • Recognize old habits that are still running your life

  • Learn how to drop the mental weight you don't need 

  • Reconnect with what matters 

  • Receive clear, grounded inner guidance 

  • Breathe deeply, move mindfully, and rest completely

You'll stay in beautiful and comfortable cabins or suites, in a privileged property located 5 minutes from the Zion National Park south entrance. You'll be close to shuttle busses, grocery stores, restaurants, galleries, and an array of outdoor adventure activities. 


This beautiful property is on a private road, as it is designed to accommodate peace and tranquility of our nature and its surroundings. 


For this retreat, you can choose shared rooms of 2 or 4 people, or if privacy is important, a single cabin just for yourself.


You are sure to leave this weekend feeling more connected to nature, yourself, and the new soul community you will meet!


Why Zion?
Studies show that time in nature lowers cortisol, boosts mood-regulating brain chemistry like serotonin, and enhances prefrontal cortex function—the area linked to clarity, decision-making, and insight. In other words, nature literally helps us use our mind & body to its full potential.


We will use the support of the natural environment in combination with with intentional mindfulness, movement, and our supportive community, the perfect recipe to wake up to your life!


Airports closest to Zion National Park:

  • St. George Regional Airport (SGU) ~ 45 miles: It’s nearest airport to Zion National Park

  • Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) ~ 170 miles: It’s closest international airport to Zion National Park. We can arrange transportation from Las Vegas to Zion on the 1st day, and from Zion on the last day of retreat, at a small extra cost if a group is interested. Please email: happyouhappyme@gmail.com.

  • Cedar City Regional Airport ~ 80 miles

  • Colorado City Municipal Airport ~ 80 miles

  • Kanab Airport ~ 45 miles

About your leader

Hello, I'm Valentina! This is my 7th year planning mindfulness & wellness trips. I'm a certified mindfulness instructor and trained in hypnosis techniques by Dr. Brian Weiss. I'm passionate about mindfulness, travel, and wellness!

Why I do this? I’ve found that the biggest thing holding people back from adventure is the stress of planning. That’s why I’ve combined my love for mindfulness and travel to create retreats where you can relax, recharge, and focus on what matters most, your well-being!

About our cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel your retreat, please contact us in writing at happyouhappyme@gmail.com.


Here’s how our cancellation process works:

(Please note: Because we incur significant costs long before your retreat begins, we are unable to offer exceptions to this policy, including reasons such as weather, health changes, personal emergencies, or travel disruptions. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.)

    •    More than 3 months before the retreat:

Your $600 non-refundable deposit can be applied toward a future retreat.

    •    Up to 60 days before the retreat:

You will receive a refund of your payments made, minus the $600 deposit, which can still be applied toward a future retreat.

    •    Between 40–60 days before the retreat:

While we are unable to offer refunds during this period, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to a future retreat (please see our Transfer Policy below).

    •    Within 40 days of the retreat:

At this stage, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers, and the $600 deposit cannot be applied to a future retreat.


Please understand that arriving late or leaving a retreat early does not qualify for a refund. We truly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for peace of mind in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your trip reservation from one HappyouHappyme Retreat to another HappyouHappyme Retreat up to 41 days before the original listed Retreat Start Date without penalty, after which time our strict cancellation policy applies.

3 night Accommodations

3 nights and 4 days in beautiful suites and cabins, surrounded by open views of Zion National Park. The property is thoughtfully designed to be in harmony with nature

All Breakfasts

Buffet style. Vegetarian & gluten free options available upon request, for all our meals

All Dinners

Delicious & nutritious meals to replenish your body and mind after a long day of hikes, adventure, and introspection

Snack Bar

Snack bar station with tea & coffee. Available throughout the day in our pavilion

Daily Yoga

Stretch and relax the body after your active day –with a special guest teacher

Evening Mindfulness

Talk and Meditation practice. Mindfulness course: "Wake up to your life, from autopilot to Alive!" –with Valentina

1hr Spiritual Regression

Deep & gradual relaxation to access your Subconscious mind and experience inner guidance without the control of the conscious mind –with Valentina

Zion National Park Entry

Access to the park is included. Shuttles available 200 ft from accommodations, park entrance only 5 min away

Free Time to Explore

Or time for rest! 8am-3pm. Enjoy Zion's walking & biking trails, river walks, & more! Maybe enjoy lunch in town or buy food at a local market for a picnic

Free and available, although It can be spotty in this region

What's not included

Air fare

You will purchase your airline ticket independently at your cost

Transportation to Zion

We can arrange transportation at an extra cost, from LAS airport on Oct 9 around noon, returning to LAS airport on Oct 12 around noon. Please email us to inquire: happyouhappyme@gmail.com

Travel Insurance

We will not be held responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience that may be caused by events outside of our control. Please buy Travel Insurance to avoid losing your investment

Lunches

We'll have free time to enjoy Zion National Park from 8am-3pm. Enjoy your lunch out in town or purchase food for a picnic at a nearby grocery store

Excursions or activities

We all have different preference when it comes to outdoor activities. Zion GURU is located only within a 5 min walk from us, offering Equipment Rentals, eBike Rentals and Guided Tours.

Hello, I’m Valentina! I've been planning mindfulness and wellness trips since 2018. I’m a certified mindfulness instructor and trained in hypnosis techniques by Dr. Brian Weiss. I’m passionate about weaving together mindfulness, travel, and wellness. I’ve discovered that one of the biggest things holding people back from traveling is the stress of planning.
