About this trip
Relax, explore, work out, and breathe in the beautiful fresh air in the Dominican Republic! Our retreat will take place in a boutique hotel located in Samana— a beautiful peninsula in the north of the Dominican Republic. You'll have the option to take part in classes throughout the day such as Vinyasa, 26+2 yoga, Pilates sculpt, Aerial yoga, as well as a specialized Yin and Pin acupuncture/yin yoga session. Everything is optional! If you'd rather sleep in one day, or plan a solo trip into town to explore, do it!!! We are still deciding on the excursions, so stay tuned!
Meals at the resort will be served buffet style and are included in the retreat price. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are available for purchase at an additional cost. The resort is on a private beach and has Kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes available to use during your stay. We can help you plan any extra excursion you may want to experience during your stay! Our main goal is that you have FUN, feel relaxed, eat good food, and enjoy yourselves.

This trip is 100% refundable until August 15th, 2024. We understand things come up so if you have any concerns, please contact us so we can work with you!
What’s included
- Meals at the resortBuffet style breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be included at the resort. There will be vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten free options available with lots of veggies and fruit.
- ALL classesAll of the classes we will offer are included in the retreat cost.
- ExcursionWe are planning TWO excursion! One will be a 7 beach hike followed by a picnic, and for the second you will have a choice between a boat ride, waterfall, or ATV
- Shuttle airport/resortwe will take care of shuttling you to and from the resort!

- Alcoholic beveragesAlcohol and soft drinks are NOT included but will of course be available to purchase at the resort at an additional cost!
- FlightsFlights to and from the DR are not included in the retreat price.
- MassagesMassages are available at the resort at an additional cost
- Extra excursionIf you are interested in doing an extra excursion, it will be an additional cost but we will gladly help you arrange it!
Available Packages
**This price is per person and there must be 2 people in a double deluxe room
Recently renovated rooms with a direct ocean view, a private balcony, or a terrace. The rooms are air-conditioned and the bathrooms have a beautiful jacuzzi bathtub.
We have created a payment plan to help spread the cost out!! Depending on when you sign up, you can break up the payments into weeks or months.
**ALL deluxe Rooms are double occupancy.
You can choose between a single king-sized bed or two Full-sized beds.
When you checkout, you will be able to let us know if you have a preference between a king-sized bed or two full-sized beds, and we will make a note of your preference! Your selection isn't guaranteed since there is a limit of King beds. It will be based on who books first!
You will also have the option to let us know if you are traveling/rooming with someone so we can pair you together!
Itinerary
Sunday will be the arrival day. Everyone will be flying in at different times and from different states so it's just a day to get situated, unpack, and relax. We will have a welcome dinner that Sunday around 7:30 pm to go over the itinerary for the next few days and meet some new/familiar faces!
