2026 Orlando Educational Performance Tour

Wednesday, February 11– Sunday, February 15, 2026

Program Overview

★         Tour Director to accompany you from arrival to departure

★              Three Days and Three Nights in the Universal Studio parks in Orlando, Florida

★              Hotel accommodations in quad occupancy for students for two nights at the Universal Aventura Hotel

★              Chaperones in double occupancy - Director will have their own room.

★              All Hotel taxes & baggage handling fees upon arrival and departure (one suitcase and one carry-on per person)

★              Private overnight security guard(s) at the hotel 11:00 pm – 5:00 am

★              Hotel arrangements for the driver – driver will have an early check-in and a late check-out

★              Tickets to All 4 Universal Studios Theme Parks for the day – Ticket allows you to go from Park to Park each day!

★              Choir will participate in the STARS Performance Program – (pending application and approval)

★              Choir will participate in the ART of Foley Workshop – (pending application and approval)

★              Wednesday – Travel Day dinner en route – (at your own expense)

★         Thursday Breakfast included at the hotel

★              Lunch Thursday at Volcano Bay – $20 Universal Meal Card (included)

                        at Washington Liberty HS to begin loading:  301 N Stafford Street, Arlington VA 22201

                        Note: The motor coach will have DVD player, reclining seats, Wi-Fi and

electrical outlets. (Wi-Fi on motor coaches can work intermittently based

on weather, wind, and other factors.)  

12:30   PM       Depart for Savannah, GA for the overnight and then onto:

                        Universal Studios – Aventura Hotel & Volcano Bay Water Theme Park

                        (853 miles to Universal Studios – Aventura Hotel & Volcano Bay:

Estimated 12 hours have been allotted for Total drive time, plus 2.5 hours

for rest room breaks, dinner, construction, and driver change (if

necessary).  Total estimated travel time: 14.5 hours) 

                 Note: Please remember to pack a small bag that contains your swimsuit,

                 towel, sunblock, hat, personal items, & change of clothes to use at

Volcano Bay – luggage may be stored or inaccessible prior to hotel

8:00 AM          Board the bus and depart for Universal Studios Orlando!

Accommodations are available at the Volcano Bay Water Park for folks to change using the items from their pre-packed carry-on. Lockers do cost extra, however.

 1:00    PM       Admission to Volcano Bay Water Theme Park –

Universal's Aventura Hotel offers breakfast at Urban Pantry, a

casual food court that serves breakfast at multiple stations offering a variety of breakfast options, including

a bakery, grill, and more – for those in a hurry, there are also Grab-n-Go options available.

7:15     AM – pre-assigned alternating groups will reverse order on Saturday.

Universal Studios STARS Performance Program is your backstage pass to an unforgettable experience where you'll be assisted by industry pros and shine like never before!  Imagine this: You and your crew aren't just visiting a theme park – you're becoming part of the show! Whether your passion is playing an instrument, dance, singing, marching band, or even acting, STARS offers performance opportunities that'll blow your school talent show out of the water.  Think about it: Marching alongside your bandmates through the iconic streets of Universal Studios, with the energy of the crowds fueling your every step. Whether it be stringed instruments or your voice as the instrument, STARS will not only showcase you but thousands of your peers will cheer you on! This isn't some touristy add-on. STARS is a hands-on program designed to push your boundaries, refine your techniques, and give you real-world performance experience. You'll work with seasoned technicians who know what it takes to succeed in the entertainment industry. Plus, you'll bond with your teammates in a whole new way, creating memories that will last way beyond the final curtain call.  And yeah, you'll still get to experience all the awesome rides and attractions of Universal Studios! Imagine the bragging rights – "Yeah, we rode the Velocicoaster, and then we performed a killer routine right here on CityWalk!"

 9:00    AM       Arrive at Universal Orlando Resort –

-        Universal Event Operations will meet Washinton Liberty HS; The coach will be

directed to a drop off area near the City Walk Lagoon Stage.

-        All Washington Liberty Personnel will disembark the coach

-        The Tour director will have all of the Universal tickets – Universal staff will scan

all of the tickets.  After all performances have concluded, tickets will be

passed out.

You can come face-to-face with a massive T-Rex on Jurassic Park River Adventure (yeah, you WILL get splashed!), help save the world with Spider-Man on his insane 3D adventure, and feel the G-force launch of the Incredible Hulk Coaster.  8:45 PM          Please report to designated meeting area and walk to the motor coach parking area as a group.  Please use the restrooms in the park or in City Walk before you walk to the parking area.

 9:00  PM         Report to the group motor coach parking lot and board coaches.

 9:15   PM        Depart for the hotel

 9:45  PM         Return to your hotel rooms for the evening.

12:30   PM       Visit Universal EPIC Adventures (hrs: 9:00 am-10:00 pm) Theme Park for the day:
(Your ticket allows you to go from Park to Park each day via the shuttle in director approved groups.)
