My daughter and I had a great time on this trip. It was a calm and relaxing environment. We felt safe, and well taken care of. My daughter scraped her foot on a rock in the surf, a first aid kit was there with helping hands. High quality sunscreen was also available for use and friendly reminders to reapply. Communications both before and during the trip were good and clear. Accomondations at Casa Kia Ora Sabitha were fantastic. The food was abundant, fresh, nutrient dense and delicious. The staff and equipment from Dominical surf school were great, friendly, helpful, and on time. The videogrpaher and photographer created great visuals for learning and memory keeping. The breathing and streching exercises were well guided, and the massage was professional and worthy of a repeat. *The rental car was lacking, it could use 4 wheel drive, but we made do. Kate has created a great retreat, I would do it again, and will keep my eyes out on any of her future offerings.
