Start your morning with your choice of activity — go on a forest walk, participate in a restorative yoga session, or join a group trail run. Or simply take time to relax, reflect, enjoy the amenities, or wander the beautiful grounds at your own pace before breakfast.
During breakfast, we’ll ease into the heart of the day: Prioritize, with a reflective, guided group session to help you clarify what really matters and where to focus your energy.
We’ll break mid-morning to give you space to process, grab a coffee, and enjoy the setting before continuing with more light, hands-on exercises to deepen your thinking.
A healthy and delicious lunch will be served.
Early afternoon we’ll gather for an inspiring session with keynote speaker and podcast host Bob Mathers, who will help us discover our inner rockstars and spark new ways of thinking about what’s possible.
The rest of the afternoon is yours. If you’d like more guidance or feedback during this time, optional one-on-one support and coaching will also be available.
We’ll come back together in the evening for a seated dinner, followed by s’mores, music, and meaningful connection around a cozy campfire to close out the day.
