This is a not-to-be-missed Weekend at The Ranch! Think blooming nature, gorgeous music, and next-level food. We will be kicking the weekend off with a special Farm Dinner. Chef Dani Lind will be collaborating with Guest Chef Valeria Socorro Velazquez Lindsten, the James Beard Semifinalist behind Cafe Loba Pastry, for an exceptional menu. Accompanying the farm dinner, we will be cheering glasses with a very special pour. Las Mujeres Winery and Farm harvested the apples from our orchard, and we’ll be serving up the result—a Las Mujeres x Red Clover Ranch Cider. It is absolutely delicious. They will also be doing tastings of their other natural ciders and wines. After dinner, we’ll welcome the multi-talented Sima Cunningham to our valley stage for an outdoor concert. A founder of FINOM, Sima has been featured in pretty much every music publication, toured with Jeff Tweedy, Richard Thompson, Iron & Wine, Chance the Rapper, and Twin Peaks, and performed on NPR’s Tiny Desk. I think she is one of the great voices in contemporary music and her gorgeous songwriting + the acoustics in our valley are going to be next-level Driftless magic. Here’s a taste but you should check out her entire catalog. A campfire will accompany this special evening.
Saturday morning wake up we will provide a delicious farm to table breakfast and Wonderstate Coffee and Rishi Tea bar. Then spend the rest of the day exploring the Driftless. Hike, Bike, Canoe, Visit the sweet Farmers Market in Viroqua. There is so much to do.
We will provide a Farm to Table dinner Saturday evening and campfire.
Sunday morning brunch will be served with delicious baked goods and a hearty meal to send you on your way.
We can’t imagine a dreamier weekend, and we hope you’ll join us!
